We use this feedback to assemble a comprehensive picture of the organizations’ culture that informs our recommendations for fostering a more inclusive, coordinated and resilient team.
DEI Training and Planning: Boost meets clients “where they’re at” along their equity journey. Building on our cultural assessment work, we help organizations strengthen their equity lenses, and provide actionable recommendations to improve their DEI practices.
Leadership Development and Coaching: Boost serves as a sounding board and advisor to social sector executives (individually, and in groups) and helps them hone their leadership skills as they take on challenges and opportunities in their fields.
Organizational Design: Using years of experience, Boost assists clients in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of their organizational structure for efficiency and effectiveness and provides guidance on improving workflow.
Standards for Excellence® Audits: The Standards for Excellence® program recognizes nonprofit organizations that go beyond the minimum legal requirements for responsible governance, operations, and management to exemplify honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, trust, responsibility, and accountability in their practices. Organizations that choose to participate in the program undergo a rigorous "ethics checkup” that evaluates their internal practices with respect to these values.
